I have noticed a rapid gain in my weight since i quit smoking. I have allot of issues though with food. My father forced us to eat foods when we were young that would make my sister vomit and she would be forced to eat her own vomit. Im not sure what the root problem is with my weight gain but it makes me feel more and more depressed. I eat without even thinking about it all the time. I eat crap chocolate, candy, chips and just anything and everything mostly at night before bed. I wish i could stop eatting all this stuff and break out of the fog and think about what im doing to myself. The thing is you feel good when your eatting it, yet it makes me feel horrible later thinking about everything i ate that day. I need help, i cant do it on my own. I just want to stop punishing myself with food.

Does anyone know anything that actually works out there?
