i went right down the pan ballooned up 10lbs, so thats 20lbs ive gained now.
everythings been going well since monday.
I was burning 3000 calories on my mini stepper (4hours a day)
and this morning i woke up and my mini stepper broke, i decided it wasnt going to get in the way of my day, and had breakfast(slice of toast with bannana and jam) now i got bored 30 mins afterwards
and now im drunk as a skunk.
I went of to eat 6 slices of bread with jam on.
Binge!!!!
now i feel like crap and as im writing this im thinking about cereal.
i feel so crappy.
i dont want to put anymore weight on.
my heads amess
and i believe i may have gone over my 1200 calories for today already!

" I agree with Atay. 4 hrs / day on a stepper and burning 3000 calories each exercise setting sounds like way too much. Especially on only 1200 cal/ day, that'll put too much strain on your heart and other organs. Have you ever seen a nutritionist? She could help you discover how many calories your body needs eac day to be healthy- and how much exercise you need.
