i have eaten 14 snack bars and 5 normal chocolate bars this morning i have been binging consisitently and feel terrible i just cant seem to pick myself up recently because i feel what a horrible person i am i feel dizzy my eyesight is going a bit funny and i am a bit shaky and tired is this normal i am worried i might develop diabetes and i am only a teenager please help advice? anyone else relate?

my therapist said when I was binging, I should try and slow the binge down as much as I can... it will pass eventually...

you are using sugar and binging to cover up sme emotion, try to think about what it is... "

" yes, its addictive. i agree with consejero. its like poison for me, it does terrible things to my body, and yet i crave it and can't stop with a little bit. i wish i could tell you how to stop but i'm still working on that myself. "
