" Atkins really isn't the best diet around. A lot of people compensate by eating a lot of fat. For people who are very obese, and hunger is an issue, the best thing to do would be speak to your doctor. Find out if there are any medications or diets that can help, maybe you will be referred to a nutritiounist or perhaps even surgery. I know of at least two women who regained their life after surgery and losing weight. "

" well I was obese also... I cant fix your problem but I can share as much as I can about my experience...

I was over 300 pounds for years... finally got totally ashamed and slowly started making changes.. it was not easy. I researched nutrition, exercise... and learned all i could on the internet...

he first year I was hungry a lot. drank a lot of water, had nuts, and little things to combat the hunger. Looking back I was probably under eating a bit. eventually I lived on less and was fine with it. Im hardly hungry any more. i eat on a schedule, and watch myself...

but I learned that I was eating for emotional reasons, so I started seeing a therapist... diets wont work, changing your life will.... "
