Can't stop eating!

Its sad when the only thing making you happy is food. The satisfaction that comes with that very first bite of chocolate when you are so frustrated and stressed. There are times I feel I am in control of my eating and there are times I feel my eating is in control of me and right now my eating has gotten the best of me. I am 280 pounds the fattest I have ever been only 20 pounds away from being 300 pounds. I know I have signs of insulin resistance and yet I just can't stop eating sweets. What is it going to take to stop me.

" You know you have the power to change this. I know eating something sweet can provide a rather immediate calming effect when you're feeling frustrated and stressed but ask yourself - is this a good solution? Is that good for my mind and body? Is there an alternative? After eating the sweets, you know it doesn't provide any nutrition to your body, and the frustration will return shortly. So, what's the point of having the sweets? Why not do something concrete to reduce the stress (e.g. decrease the density of your schedule, avoid talking to annoying people)? "

One of the reason is andida infection and you can check for that too. Another reason Leptin from too much toxins. We must detoxify our body and mind. "

" Only you can look deep down into your heart and find what you need to do or change in your life to withstand those sweets. Yes, sure we can all give you advice but ultimately you have to do it yourself. I'm sorry if that sounds hard but it is hard and no-one but us knows how hard it is. But in doing so you find strengths you never knew you had. Take care honeybun. "

" I totally understand. It was like hearing myself talk! Totally feel you. I try to focus on finding another activity that gives me that feeling. For me, that is running or working out. I struggle with running because of my weight, but I know that it makes all of the stress melt away so I force myself to do it! "

" Do you have anyone to talk to about this? I know this won't solve all problems, but being able to discuss with someone who can them offer solutions or work with you is really helpful. Good luck. "
