How do I do this?

I've realized I've binged for a while but only recently discovered it's a disorder and not a shameful secret (though I still can't help feeling shameful). My bigger issue now is I want to help myself. I know about getting therapeutic treatment but what can I start doing today? Please everyone give me your ideas! This is what I've learned so far:

2. identify triggers
3. don't self-loathe
How does everyone else deal with the desire to binge?
