" I think we train or force our minds into a habbit. And when we fall off the wagon I don't think its reasonable to give ourselves false hopes that we just forget about it. Truth is guilt sets in and after one binge comes two three and we get farther away from our goal. I think its best to take it one day at a time and pat yourself on the back everytime you make a good food choice. Put yourself back on the wagon but be realistic. Good luck!! "

" It's important to not stress out about it or harbour the guilt you feel about falling off the wagon. I did the same, I was going great with being calm when eating and although didn't do as great as you (wow a month, great work!!) I suddenly flicked the eating switch and fell back into an old pattern of thinking about food, eating and wanting it all the time.

If you feel guilt or shame you tend to tell yourself "oh yell it's too late now" but get back on that horse!

If you forget to brush your teeth one night do you just give up brushing all together? I suggest making a list of all the positive emotions you felt when you were not binging and try to put yourself back into the positive state of mind because right now it's easy to focus on the negatives. Then when you feel you're going to binge, read your list aloud to yourself, Read it every day if you have to. Things like, "I'm proud of myself for not being reliant on food to comfort my emotions. I am able to relax and wind down without using food to zone out. I am free of the stress of carrying my addiction burden. I have more money!"

Another thing is that you are trying to reverse a life time of eating habits. Your addiction to food has had years of developing so it's unrealistic and unfair on yourself to think that you can suddenly be okay after you have dealt with your problems with food for a large part of your life. I'm not saying it will take years to overcome but you are only human and you cannot beat yourself up for tripping up and making mistakes, it's a part of life. Just keep pushing and youu will get there! You did it once and you can do it again. I believe in you so don't lose hope!!

Good luck :) "
