I don't know if anyone has heard of paul mckenna. in the uk he had a book out called I can make you thin. In it he says the secret to weight loss are simple rules
Eat when hungry Eat consciously and slowly When full, stop eating It sounds very straightforward and he uses techniques such as thinking about foods like chocolate covered with hairs so you wouldn't want to eat them. I tried it but the cravings took over. has anyone started the day thinking they would wait until really hungry before eating then not eating again until hungry again and so on. I wish i could be like this thanks June Posted on 11/18/08, 01:11 pm |

maybe if you make up a 'mantra' for yourself ... something like:
i eat only when i am hungry and i stop as soon as i am full. and you repeat it often enough you will start to believe it is true and begin to act on it. it might be worth a shot.
