Ok everybody it's the holidays again! What has worked for me has been portion control! I have eaten the same things I always did just smaller portions. Also when it was Thanksgiving I really watched my calories the few days before hand, then ate pretty much like I always did I had 3 peices of pumpkin cheesecake in 2 days! Then I went right back on track that Monday. I think the more we deprive ourselves the more we binge! Try eating a small peice of chocolate everyday! Here are some wonderful finds.........

3 Muskerteers mint chocolate bar 150 calories!

Little debbie Gingerbread man 90 CALORIES!!!

Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate 25 calories!!!

Hersheys chocolate sticks 60 calories!

Lorna doone cookies 4 for 140 calories!

Find things like these to enjoy and you will have so much more sucess!
