Hey there! I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I am just getting back into the whole "getting healthy" gig. I am recently married, and would like to be as fit as I can be. I want to be in tip-top shape for when we decide to start a family. I would like to keep up and play with my (would be)children and not huffing and puffing while eating a slim jim. That actually sounds disturbing, gross, and weird.

I was very much an active person in my younger years, and when I am exercising, I love it. I just need to get the motivation to keep on top of exercise, and eating healthy. I have all the tools and know..how...I just need to do it.

I look forward to meeting all of you!
