I really need motivation

Hi guys,

I REALLY really am in need for motivation!! I'm finishing my masters, planning a wedding and working - so I'm busy but I'm also going well at the gym; it's just in the eating department I'm finding it so hard not to reward myself for working hard - and also for treating stress.

Please if anyone can help to encourage me I could really use it. I'm just feeling so down and out; there's 11 weeks to my wedding. Can I lose some weight and tone up in this time without chewing the doors off the cupboard in swap of sweets???

xx

" People who have their meals and snacks set, written down, delivered, what have you, are in control. If you stop and think about it, having a list of meals, or everything all in the frig, takes out all the work of gathering ingredients, cooking, planning meals, etc.
You are less likely to stray from the plan if it's set.
One lady at my old gym was super busy but wanted to work on weight loss, so she gets all her meals from this site:
liciousliving.com
Now these food suppliers may seem pricey when you first look into them but stop and think about it a bit. If you are getting all your meals and snacks provided, what exactly do you need to spend for groceries at home? I bet not too much other than your beverages.
Another option would be to look up cleaneatingmag.com
You can also pick up the magazines at stands and they are well worth it! This magazine has an entire menu plan for a month plus you are provided the shopping list for all the foods you will need and the recipes to follow the plan. This magazine is amazing; it's crammed full of diet info. Check out their site for an idea of the magazine's contents.

I take the time on Saturdays to gather my ingredients from the markets and then on Sundays, I take a couple hours to prepare my meals for the week. Everything is sectioned and put into containers in the frig or freezer. Then when I am leaving for work at 6am, I just grab some containers and head out to work. I spend much time travelling to and from work, then at work or the gym, so I don't have the time or energy to be making a meal when I am finally home at 630pm or later.

Where there's a will, there's a way. Decide what you can afford, in time and in money, then make some changes to help you with your food issues. "

" Try signing up at sparkpeople.com and tracking what you eat. You would be amazed at how keeping track of calories works for weight loss. 11 weeks is actually a long time, you could easily take off 20 pounds in that time, especially if you are already working out on a regular basis! Instead of mindless eating, try having healthy stuff on hand and snack on that - and keep track of what you eat! I cannot emphasize how important it is to be mindful of what you eat and add up those calories! "

" reward yourself with other stress relievers - a pedicure, massage, a pair of shoes or a new shade of lipstick. Food does not need to be and should not be a reward. Weddings are super stressful, so make sure you are exercising regularly to relieve that stress. Meditation is a great distractor too. YOU CAN DO IT! "
