So, DS gives a nice little drop down as to what your fitness goal is, but it's not very specific.
So, what are your (more specific) fitness goals? My main one (right now) is to keep increasing my strength. I've made some great gains since I started working out consistently again. Posted on 06/27/09, 02:06 pm |

My goal is to get back into the leg press and the rest of my lower body workouts once my knee is healed from surgery.
The day I can spin again will be a fabulous day.

omg. i was just thinking about this...
I'm not sure what my goals are! Which kinda makes it hard to progress much. I know that I want to be more fit and feel better about the way I look, but not sure exactly what. I think my main goal is I wanna be less of a wimp! :P

Good topic, I was trying to figure out what my goals are. I think I am one of the few people I know trying to gain weight and not lose it. Im currently at 165 lbs, but want to get up to 190 lbs. That and it would be great to get my ass back, it ran away about eleven years ago. I still put it up on milk cartons asking if anyones seen it.

My goals are to get into the best shape that I've ever been in and reduce pain, increase energy. I definitely need to lose weight and I know that that will happen as I work out and get healthier but having SLE, depress and anxiety, it's really important for me to work out to increase my overall health.
