Hi!

I've just begun a 'BeachBody' Program, Chalean Extreme - in other words x3 a week weights training and x2 a week cardio and interval with resistance training. I'm a 28 year old female by the way... looking to lose some weight and become very toned (bring on the 6 pack abs!!)

The companion diet to this is FULL of protein, meat, dairy etc. but I really want to be vegan due to the MANY benefits for myself, animals, and the world. I'm currently Vegetarian, eating minimal dairy and quite enticed by the 'high raw' food way of eating fruit and veg in their natural state. I'm also confused about the whole eat every 2-3 hours thing and not used to that or 100% sure it's the right thing to do when eating off the typical plan of meat and dairy.

I purchased Pea Protein Isolate to help with post-muscle meals but I'd like to buddy with someone else who is looking to transform their body with fitness and is vegan or even high raw already - using raw foods to compliment their body shaping!!
