My friend and I have went in together on a under the desk cycle, spent $30 (yep $15 ea) and it's the best thing we ever got. Cycle while you work and you will feel great ~ I do!!!

It was awkward at first but now I go the hang of it and just get going and burn calories while sitting. I feel so much better and know I'm at least doing something even if I don't have time for a workout.
