" What gets me moving is doing things that I love. Sunshine is my big motivator! I spend my time outdoors going for jogs and hiking. It refreshes me as I get to be with nature and I feel so free. The end result is more energy and more a healthier me.

Think about things that you like. Do you like the outdoors like me? Do you like being around people? Start off small and go from there. Hope this helped! "

" I'm also trying to get motivated. My anxiety problems have held me back, but I am getting into recovery. They've caused me to gain this weight, by being alone in my problems and eating my feelings. I work for the YMCA, so I have a gym membership, but if you can't get to gym, there's the Wii. Golds Gym has some great Wii workouts. Boxing is my personal fave. Also, any of the dance games. And Wii fit is excellent. Also, starting with taking short walks. Like 10-15 minutes. The only way to overcome the anxiety is to face it, realizing it will not last. Just take a deep breath and do it!! Also, if you happen to have Comcast/xfinity, they have on demand workouts. I'm more than willing to keep in touch with you, and we can help hold each other accountable. "

" You must find ways to motivate yourself. All the encouragement in the world isn't going to do for you it unless you want to do it. Find a way or something ( a reward of some type,a goal to reach ) to motivate you.
You can't change people, people have to want to make the change themselves and that is you.

Knowlege is a good thing and it helps me to be educated.
