It will be 90 days till my birthday. I watch extreme weight loss home edition. I would like to know how much weight I can lose in 90 days. Does anyone know of a website?

" Well it depends on how heavy you are to start with - as the heavier you are the more weight you will lose and also what do you plan to do??

Alot of these weight loss shows where people lose vast amounts of weight are exercising for up to 6 hours per day - which is not always realistic in the real world! "

" If you lose weight the healthy way by eating right and exercising daily, you can lose at least 24 pounds in 90 days. I'm talking consuming no more than 1200 calories a day of food, drinking 8 at least 8 cups of water everyday and working out 30 min. a day minimum. If you do more exercise you can lose more than that. This is only if you actually have this much weight to lose to begin with. I recommend weight watchers. Good luck "

" Thank you for your advice. I have a hurt heal and lower back. What can I do in the meantime? I know I can cut calories and drink water. I am not sure on excercise. "

" I would try pool walking or swimming, if you have access to a pool. Doesn't sound like you can do much more with a hurt heel and lower back. Good luck and hope you feel better soon. "
