Running and or marching in place to music
A rower
A stationary bicycle or a bicycle riding it around the site

" Walking is a great way to get excercise. If its for 10 minutes a few times at work or get a full half hour or so to get it in its great. Walking can burn more calories than a short run sometimes. Body resistance can help as well. Push up, pull up, an work can all be done without equipment. "

" You could try skipping - or jogging
you could get resistant bands - do press ups - squats - lunges - crunches
I am not sure if you have a dvd player or even a lap top and you could do a workout DVD
There are lots of options - what you could do is work more intense your weeks off and do a slightly lighter option on your weeks on
Also the other side to the weight loss is nutrition - how is that when you are at work?? "

" I would recommend "walk away the pounds" video/dvd. That's what I do when I'm confined indoors. "
