hi, my names katherine. im 16 years old, a sophmore in high school, and am going to be in the fbi in a few years. i have the smarts for it, but in physical ability, not so much. i am healthy and thin, very short for my age (4'9 and done growing, i dont know how that will factor into training at quantico...) but i dont do any sports and other than riding my bike once and a while, sailing and kayaking in the summer, i dont get excersize. i want to be in shape for college and for traning and for an internship program during college, then obviously quantico/ncavc

" Outstanding ambition - I wish you every success!
Are you able to join a gym and get a personal trainer that would help you get in the physical shape you need? Perhaps you could get a part time job to pay for such services but it would be a great investment in your future. "

" You should be able to find out what type of physical performance test the FBI requires. Once you get that, then test yourself to get your baseline.

From there, you start a workout pgm to address any areas you need improvement.

Good luck,

Kenji "
