" There's not such thing as spot reduction, it's either overall fat-loss or not at all. However you may like to build muscle in this area to help 'mask' the fat and to get rid of the wobblies. At your weight you have a healthy bmi so building muscle is likely to get you the best results anyway. "

" Yes, overall weight loss is the key, but you can do certain exercises that target the thighs on a 3 x weekly basis - squats and lunges come to mind - which will help tone those, along with your general cardio fitness routine. "

" Get on a bike. Go to some cycling classes at the gym. Your legs will definitely get rid of some fat - I know because I go to spinning classes all the time and my legs are in great shape.

It's true that you can't spot reduce, but lower body exercising may help you. Look up some sites online for some lower body exercises, do some varieties of squats and lunges plus the bike riding, and you should see some results. "

" Running, squats, anything as they have said that targets that muscle group. "
