Best way to lose weight in a month

K, so as you all know.. I'm haveing a hard time with my weight.
being around josh made me eat nothing but junk. right now, i am about 180 (never admitt that) I want to lose fat from my tummy, face and theighs. I need some good diets that may have worked for you.. things that are healthy but will keep me full all day. ( things i can do at home and not spend huge amounts of money on) I need spacifics.. when answering this journal please dont say things like "wach the calories" or "eat lots of fruit" Lol i know that.. I need someone to lay out a good plan for me. (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) I need work outs that are hard, i dont want to waste any time with this.. I want to start very soon and i want this weight gone by september 25th. or atleaste a litle, i want people to notice. I'm in a size 14/15 in pants.. i want to be down to a size 7 all together. If really want to jump start the weight loss. Eat breakfast oatmeal is one of the best things to eat. for lunch eat some chicken and veggies, and for dinner some fish and veggies. Don't be scared of carbs you need them for your brain, but eat the good ones. Cut out any type of soda, drink at least 90oz of water a day.
Now for some workouts. Do this workout.... Start with a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill or bike or elipptical or walk if you are at home. Then do 20 Bodyweight Squats(BW) 15 Pushups 15 Burpees 1 minute of Jumping Jacks or Jump Ropes, 1 minute of Mountain Climbers. Repeat this 3 times it should take you about 15 to 20 minutes. Do this for 2 weeks then switch it up. I could go on for hours on this, but I have to get back to work. Good luck. You should aim for 2-3 pounds a week for weight loss if you want to do it healthy.

You can not spot reduce. This means that you cant do exercises or diets that will burn fat in areas you want the fat to be burned from. If you naturally lose fat in your stomach first, then your boobs, and then your legs then thats how its going to work for you.

It's very hard to advise because everyone's body is so very different. Have you ever thought about seeing a nutritionist? Even once or twice to get a food plan that would be good for you? That's an expense but NOT a major one if you want this to be good for you and permanent. I would agree that oatmeal is a good way to start the day, add some almonds on top for protein and have a side of fruit. Lunch can be salad with any type of veggies you want, avocado for protein, fish or chicken for protein, whole grain breads are very good for you if you're in the mood for a sandwich. You could do turkey with lettuce/tomato and a tiny bit of mayo. It's just eating things that aren't processed. The fewer ingredients in a single food, the better.
Yoga can help you connect to your body, give you stamina, strength and teach you how to breath, teach you how to move your body, give you good awareness about what you put into your body. I highly recommend a good yoga practice atleast 3 times a week. Interval training is the fastest way to step up your caloric expenditure but you want to start slowly and build up otherwise you will injure yourself. Doing what the 1st person recommended is good but you MUST pay attention to your body. Maybe start a walking program first and move your body into more intense forms of exercise. This is a lifetime commitment. Not a short term fix. Best to you.

I JUST LOST 20 LBS. I didn't change my eating habits, but I began doing some serious weight lifting and each afternoon and evening I ran on a treadmill for 20 min. Everyone noticed the weight loss and I still continue to build muscle and lose weight today.

weight watchers is the quickest way to lose weight and tons of cardio. Like chris said its hard to spot reduce.. that comes later.. check out crossfit gyms in your area.. and see a nutritionist!! Good luck!
