" You should talk to a plastic surgeon to find out more about the tummy tuck, and what exactly it can do for you. If you see a personal trainer, you don't need to sign up for one training session a week. You can have one session to set you up on a program, then have half hour follow up visits every 6 weeks or so or when you feel you are going to hit a plateau. "

" I don't think you are going to find a reputable medical professional to give you a tummy tuck if you have not made any efforts to lose the excess fat. In most cases, you are required to lose the fat first and then the excess saggy skin can be 'tucked' for you.
There are some places where you can get the tummy tuck and also a liposuction procedure, but only the last remnants of fat would be involved. You would still need to lose a large amount first.
Soulsearcher's advice is sound; you do NOT need to be spending large amounts of money on a trainer. There are tons of people who exercise at home and eat a healthy diet to lose their weight, and they never set foot in a gym.
You can pick up all sorts of monthly magazines for women's fitness that will cost you closer to $5 or $10, and they have plenty of tips and exercises for you to use. For that matter, you can find plenty of sites online that have all sorts of exercises. Even youtube will have exercises that you can see in action, so don't blame the cost of a personal trainer as your road block. Get stubborn with yourself and just get it done!

A tummy tuck is not a quick fix to weight loss. Also, if you think the trainers are expensive just call around for the prices of the tummy tucks and liposuction procedures; I think you will go running to the gym to sign up for a personal trainer once you find out the costs of that little tummy tuck. " i had a tummy tuck after i had a child, like 3 years after bc the skin was badly damaged and stretched. My plastic surgeon told me that when skin is dead like that then is really nothing else to do. I'm military so i'm fit, i run and excercise daily, so its nothing that exercise and eating right can fix. It took some time to recover afterwards, but i managed to lose more weight bc it helped me with self confidence to work out even more.
I have spent money on trainers bc I find the results to be worth it. Lets face it, you ar emuch more motivated when you haev someone telling you to run faster! Plus they can push you much further than you can alone. I would get the tummy tuck again, and i would adice anyone else to as well. "
