" Pills are crap; don't waste your money or your health on them.

I don't think there is a single person who has not said at one time or another "I am trying everything". Well, if you really have tried everything, you would not have a problem getting back the definition in your midsection.

Weights - what resistance training are you doing? What sort of exercise routine are you doing at the moment? There are tons of exercises you could be doing for your core, but keep in mind that you could get yourself a really strong core but if it's covered with a nice thick layer of fat, you won't see more than a round one-pack.

Look to your diet most importantly. It's all going to come down to using more than you are consuming. Try keeping a food journal for a week, writing down everything you eat, including the portion size. At the end of the week, you can see where you need to make some changes. You may find that you can just cut down on all the portion sizes to see results. Be sure to drink lots of water every day; you should aim for 65ounces for yoru current weight.

I posted just a minute ago about resistance and aerobic - read the article as it explains alot to you that may help.

Good luck with your workouts. "
