" Just curious as to your reasons behind starting on creatine. What goals do you expect to meet with this item? Maybe others could have suggestions of alternates for the same goals.

I did used to take Whey protein mixes after my workouts, but I stopped for a bit and switched to foods post workout at the suggestion of my trainer. "

" Hello Blue...I have started taking creatine to help the energy flow to my muscles during weight training...mainly for explosive movements and to help me gain strength. I know it's a natural substance that the body creates and is safe to use if you stick to the guidelines....thanks for taking time to reply to my post...peace,love and lights at ya "

" This is what I know about Creatine for the average healthy adult individual...increases strength, increases muscle mass due to muscle hydration, very little side effects. If you are training with weights hard I am sure this product will not dissappoint. This is one of the products the professional body builders recommend. I will say that your multi-vitamin and mineral and fish oil are the most important but Creatine has been proven effective for the last 20 years and nothing seems to change so far.
