So on Friday I always do an hour on the treadmill. I have been in a routine on it for a couple of months now and need something new. Does anyone have an idea for interval training I could do without running. I was doing ten minutes at incline ten and then two minutes at incline two. I feel my body getting used to it though. Any ideas will help!! Thanks:)

About.com will have the most with the most links to other things but if you haven't tried sparkpeople.com I love that too for both diet and exercise!
