I feel like I am not motivated enough to do it alone but I have been going on walks with my boyfriend. If I walk at least once a day will that help me loose weight? I am 137 pounds and want to be 118.

" walking is a good way to start. But you must walk fast enough to get your heart rate up. Do a fast / run walk. When you exerceise not only do you burn fat but you replace fat with lean muscle mass which makes you look fit and tone . If the scale doesn't budge that's ok. How do your clothes fit?? Loose ?? Baggy?? You can gage by that too. That means your loosing inches.

Good Luck "

" When a commercial is on instead of sitting stand and sit for the 2 minutes

Stretch during commercials

If you have stairs go up and down the stairs for 1 minute and every 3 days add a minute

Start small but keep moving "

" When I began working out I knew I was going to have to start out very slow because I was so incredibly out of shape. I started with Beginner's yoga, because it goes at your own pace. Then went up from there. "

" Everyone has to start somewhere. I started with exercise bike for 10 minutes and worked up from there. "
