I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE GYM AFTER WORK YESTERDAY. SINCE I WAS EARLY I DID 30 MIN ON CARDIO (WALK 1/2 MILE, RUN 1/2 MILE, WALK 1/2 MILE AND RUN 1/2 MILE). Hello family
I need to share a story that happened to me yesterday- I am still flabbergasted !
The place I live in here Costa Rica, had a refigerator that worked so so. In the last 4 months it has gotten worse and I seem to have been throwing out food as fast as I could shop.
