OK, this is getting ridiculous. The country is ashambles with the economy in the toilet and no sign of recovery . We're all scrambling for threads of a life and comfortzone/standard of life we used to live decades ago.
What makes it worse is that every attempt I try -and try -and try again to hold onto anything it all goes slipping back into the hands of the system. I have grown accustomed to living at means well below what is considered poverty level here. That's alright. I can deal with that. What really pisses me off is potential employers, potential relationships, potential Life -is all denied me because of my current poor economic state. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough. Maybe in the wrong direction/focus. Yeah, that sounds more likely. It just makes me more frustrated every day. Jesus, it's a good thing I have myself to figure all this shit out. I feel your pain. Just when we think things are going to turn around we get hit with something else. We all know that is just the way life is and a few years ago when the "something else" hit we struggled but were o.k. This day and time when it hits we lose something else.
I am tired of losing stuff!!!! We don't have luxury items, no boats, no vacation home etc... We are just struggling to hang on to the basics - the roof over our head, groceries, electricity etc... All we can do is hang in there - I am tired of stressing about it all and try not to worry - some days I handle it better then others.

Zounds, I understand what you meant.
This country is all about capitalism. Only the rich will survive this depression while the poor and middle classes are scrambling for survival every day.
