Possible future problems with FD

I was diagnosed in February with FD of the femur and had a biopsy operation one month ago to check the growth wasn´t malignant. I had the results back yesterday and it wasn´t cancerous, simply FD.
As I am only 22 I was wondering if anybody knows if I will have any problems in the future with this. I have read many things on the internet including that it could turn cancerous and deform the bone. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kate PS. I am only 20. I have many tumors. I have never had the sugery i dont have the option to it will most likely parlize me eather way. In the future it could come back and you might have other syptoms you may think are not even related to your femur

I was diagnosed when I was 15 months old. The only trouble I have is with headaches and some bone pain. I work out every day so make sure you take care of yourself that is very important. I just visited a doctor in Portland Oregon all is great. They stated is was around my optical nerve but that is is usually pretty friendly around it. I would advise that you contact the NIH, National Institue of Health and speak with Marilyn her number is 301-594-0844. She has been with the NIH and has studied this disease for years and years. She is very knowledgeable and can give great advice.
