After extensive research and at the endorsement of my medical insurance co. I began taking a B12 supplement along with Magnesium 150mag and Malic Acid 600mag daily for energy. It's been 3 weeks now and I notice a tremendous difference. I'm going to start taking them 2x a day as is suggested. It's so much easier to tolerate the pain when you don't feel completely run down. Check with your doctor to see what dosage you should take.

" Malic Acid with magnesium is amazing for fibro. Also, fish oil and extra Vitamin C. My doctor told me 4IU of Vit. C a day. I drink the Emergency C in water. What a difference this makes. Less stress, if possible, yea right. But definitely try the Malic Acid w/mag. "

I use Valerian root to aid with sleep - it at least helps me relax even if I don't actually sleep. "
