Gas or Electric.....I have a smooth top electric stove that I hate. I'm thinking of purchasing a gas stove. I haven't had one since way back and if I remember correctly cooking on it was way better than electric.

Any opinions?

" I love my gas stove - never had an electric that heated evenly and didn't warp my pans! Been using the same pans for over eight years and still like new with gas stove and even heat! "
