Went to 1 hospital E.R. & they did little just, did X-rays of Left shoulder & gave me
tylenol # 3 script & sent me home in cab after 3 hour wait in E.R. But I told him have plenty
tylenol # 3 at home. He refused to give me something stronger and not checking me out for other physical problems only 1 thing he, E.R. Doc, says! ARGH! Ambulances on strike rotating strike and 1/2 of ambulance people on strike lines and other 1/2 of them are working. Took handicapped transit to one hospital friend thought would be better downtown than closer hosp., E.R. She was wrong! Got home & three voicemail messages from ambulance dispatch, they could take me if still wanted to. So, did and got better care as nice E.R. Doc working at closer hosp. E.R. I got badly sprained left shoulder, bronchitis, peeling itchy sunburn mostly on my back and shoulders and possibly rash and healing sunburn blisters on my back, and itchy back and shoulder blades that is also peeling skin a bit from sunburn, & major flare up. Also sling for arm to take pressure of shoulder and keep left arm and hand elevated in the sling and Cab ride home. Got antibiotics better Rx med scripts for: cortisone cream, missing meds, that pharmacy didn't give me for some unknown reason and druggist agrees to give me: my stronger, 4 tablets of pain meds to cover me as they didn't give me enough while away on my trip, as they messed up on my refill for stronger pain med, & as she finally relented & agreed to give me enough to cover until Mon. Mon. regular druggist is back from 1 week
vacation & saved me a visit to Pain Clinic next week for another pain med as drug reps give them free drug company card for low income people as med not covered by Social Services drug plan. Does this make sense? I
hope so, thanks all, xo Got breakfast at 2nd Hosp. E.R. & Home Care set up for cooking main meal supper time and put in fridge for me to warm up. Also got Orthopaedic Out-Patient Clinic, referral in Hosp., and they will assess shoulder further for physio at Hospital too! Hurrah, and maybe Home Care Nurse and possibly maybe physio at home instead of going to Hospital Out- Pt. Clinic. I
hope and pray that all goes smoothly now. Got shower help tonite and she dried hair, put pain rub, cortisone cream, and sample I had from Pain Clinic Doc of Anti-inflammatory- Analgesic lotion, and helped me get PJ's on And regular body lotion to on rest of my body. I am more relaxed, now. Nite all and thanks xo after all nite in hospital E.R. and finally got home at 11:30 am. Friend got me my prescriptions at Drug store and offered to get groceries as needed, until am recuperated and feeling better. Sent me funny E-mail joke too to cheer me up. Tomorrow Home Care worker doing laundry, clean up apt., make supper to warm up as she is coming at noon, Sat. for 3 hours, And help me unpack and make up bed with T.L.C. ( tender loving care) and letting me
sleep in, if I want! Yes please sounds great and will see her noon Sat. :) Ah feeling now a teensy bit better! Nite all sweet dreams and
