This was sent to me from RAINDROP & thought it should be shared!
I have had the therpy done & it works great plus i use the ennis balls in long alethlic tube socks =put ballsin midlle & tie knock close to balls, leaves enough material to cut hole in so you can use as handles=w/my hands i can slip hands into holes & use my wrist to roll the balls up & down my legs spine ect! I also put these in my pillow it is pefect space to fit on ea side of spine to add just the right pressure for a head ache or any back pain! putting this book on my xmas list SANTA DO YOU HEAR ME! http://triggerpointbook.com/exampl... I checked that book out from the library awhile back and it does work, I was shocked what it did for my neck, face, jaw pain. I went to Amazon to order it and by mistake ordered, Trigger point therapy for migraines which is good too but wish I had the main one that covers the entire body. Maybe I'll get some money someday and I will buy it. I'm telling you people trigger point therapy works for pain relief.
