I watched it.The woman sounded like us as far as doctors not finding a reason for our condition.Alot of CFS symptoms are the same as fibro.Is it all linked together????Now they know what causes it,maybe there will be a cure someday.I'm going to see if my insurance covers this test.Very inyeresting show.thanks

I was disappointed that we got a total of 13 minutes. Then he looked at her and told her to excersize. I just started laughing. Did you see the look on her face? But at least he mentioned us. I have ordered my kit. If you plan to order you better hurry. They are already 4 weeks behind. It will take me 4 weeks to get. She said people are calling like crazy after the show. I will post info here and on the discussion link. I just need to know if I have this virus or not. It drives me crazy not knowing. And I am crazy enough as it is!
VIP LABS-RENO 775-351-1890. They send the kit to you. You take it to your doctor and he signs off on it. They do the lab at his office or your lab then you mail it back to them. It takes about 2 weeks for the results to be sent to you. My doctor is supportive and will let me take it. I hope others will let me know if they take the test and what outcome they get. Glad we all got to watch today. Blessings.

what was the kit cost??

I just caught the last few minutes. The cost is $400.00 for the kit. I did catch the part where the Dr. said for her to keep moving lol. I do believe it is important for us to keep moving but it cracks me up to hear those that do not have this crap to say keep moving. My understanding from the show that the virus has been identified but there is not a cure. I am not sure if CFS and FM are the same thing but I am hoping that some on this board can afford to have the test done and let the rest of us know if they tested positive for it. Did the Dr. ever mention FM?? Dang, I should have tuned in at the start!

I duno about u all but i had CFS first,then after a lower back-fusion surg. i woke to NEVER be the same!!!thats when the full blown CFS=FIBRO hit me...tell me just move...PLEASE,my body just wont,NO matter what i do...JUST ask my DEAR HUBBY,he has took to all kinds of DOC.S and i tryed most everything to rid myself of this illness.I'm still going to retry some things again...like PT cause after my back surg my doc. just didn't care-really!!!I,m game to send for this kit and see if ive got this want hurt to try...thank u all for all ur input.HUGS BECK

There is a chance that your insurance will pay for the test. But I don't know how that works. I am very blessed because I don't work and I am being seen thru the Wesley Christian Ministries Health Care Clinic. I am covered under the indigent care because I don't qualify for medicaid. I ask my Md there and he has agreed to sign off on the test. I will definately let everyone know what the outcome is. I hope there will be others that are able to take this test. Thanks everyone.
