My disclaimer: (for those who say Im uncaring) Im sorry I cannot help myself and I am sure its a side effect of the shot...humor. (my friend terry and D will love this.)
Well got my shot yesterday. The pharmacist gave us both a lecture on how we should be getting married now because you "just never know". He has a point. I cannot believe his great service and the extra benefit of counseling! (he really is the nicest kindest man and I ofen sent notes to his upper management, have you sent your doctor you love a thank you note?) Sore last night, hot injection site some swelling. Today I woke up and uprighted myself and my injected arm fell on the floor. It simply fell off! I had a real hard time being balanced as I strugg led with one arm to reach it. Its like my dangling participle fell of and no longer dangles! Hey they didnt tell me this was side effect. I called the fiance'. Uh I need help and bring the glue. He came up with some rubber cement and he got it back on...oh oh problem, its on backwards..OMGosh! what am I gonna do? how will this affect me? Posted on 11/21/09, 09:19 pm |

I'm laughing - I'm crying - I'm laughing - I'm crying.....I am now under control.
Ok, this is not a bad thing. I know. You see, I was shopping once and they had all these bears in a big bin - I think it was a Christmas something or other. Anyway, I decided to help out and buy a bear so the money could go someplace - Christmasy - I don't know - I don't ask questions - except to doctors. haha Anyway, I looked into the eyes of different ones and found ne that looked like it nneded me. I got it home, pulled him out of the bag and to my surprise, one of his legs was sewn on backwards. At first it was shocking of course like I'm sure you felt but then this feeling - like when the griches heart grows oversized in How The Grinch Stole Christmas. I loved that bear more than any other stuffed animal I had. It was special and no one else had one like it. So Charlie - you are one lucky dude! Oh and on another good note, it makes it easier to scratch that hard to reach place in the middle of your back.

I don't think you can charge him with armed robbery cause - well - your arm is back in place - so to speak. But, you could charge him with "messing you up!" and I'm sure any judge would make him pay - for the rest of his life - to get you a seamstress to make you special clothes for your "new special arm look". Hey this could be cool. You could wave hello and good-bye at the same time. My gosh, the possibilities of your new arm look are "positively" endless! Ok, now I'm jealous.

I had this dream of the future, that I had broken my leg or it got run over..and I waited for the ambulance. In the back of it, they had multiple legs of different lengths, sizes and colors. Unfortunately none of them was right for me, and they had to use a african american leg that was too long for me until another one could be ordered. lol.
