November 20, 2009 is African Industrialization Day Children's Day= Now, I don't know about your house, but in my house, everyday is children's day Cat Day = Can't say that I am a fan of cats. It is not the cat actually that bugs me, it is the fact that they have fur. They seem to know that my nose and eyes are going to start running, so any cat, anywhere, wild or domestic, NEEDS to jump up and sit on my lap or rub against my legs.....I think that I must have been Queen of the Cats in some former life and these silly cats didn't get the memo that I abdicated the throne. And Name Your PC Day = the first name that comes to mind is Renfrew, but I really must think on this some more before making a naming announcement. My PC will be stuck with this name forever. I'll get back to you on this one. I continue to feel good, which makes me a happy camper. ....I continue to be sleepy in the afternoons, so I need to sleep for a few hours (like 3 or 4 hours)....; I don't know what I think about this....this is different than thinking, "I think I'll take a nap this afternoon".....I KNOW that I am going to nap...I wake up thinking about when I will be getting back in bed to sleep again...I don't want to sleep my life away, just sleep at night and have no pain....There is just no pleasing me, it seems......BUT, although the amount of time that I am sleeping is bordering on the strange, so far it is worth it to me because I have no real pain at all... Today, I really need to do some domestic goddess chores and move some stuff, to be replaced later in the day, by this and that that my son and husband will think looks lovely in that spot. Speaking of which, did you know that the Latest Trend in Home Decor is Brown Dress Shoes in the dog's Toy Basket.....AND.....half empty Gatorade bottles sitting atop the Television....YES, I did not know this either, but I have been informed that this is the case.....Hmmm I am always the last to know about these new fashion trends...And I must admit here, that I am not cool enough to like this trend....there I said it,.....I am not cool, but I'll live I hope you find 100 reasons to smile today P.S. Good morning (..third time trying to spell "morning") LOL I'm off to work today and really hoping I work with some fun people, otherwise the day goes really, really long.
My cats think it's "cat day" every day! They are both divas! LOL My trend in decorating is to spread all my cardmaking stuff all over my bedroom...embellishments, paper storage boxes, machine equipment...yep, just cause I CAN! They guys will be back in a week and a half so I've just let everything "as is" rather than clean it up after every session. Works for me!

Good Morning D and all!
D, I know what ya mean about the sleep....I CRAVE it no matter how long or well I sleep at night. Maybe I'm not sleeping as well as I think I am....who knows? Yesterday I had planned on major housework, but R called and wanted to go clothes shopping for showers, engagement pics, etc. Sooooooo we did, and had great success! That means today is cleaning day....much less fun than shopping. We have one cat....I don't mind the cat, just hate the litter box...sigh....but L is now allergic to this cat, her cat....so kitty must live with us.... Hmmmm, I will think of a computer name and how to say hello tomorrow....lots of thinking involved! I am off to the kitchen, to "redecorate" and clear the dishes!! HUGS to all for a great day!

I wonder if there's an un-children day...lol! I suppose that was everyday before I had kids!
I like cats & I would love to have another, but hubby & allergies say otherwise. As for my PC's name, I think I've found the perfect one: NUKPANA: Native American Hopi unisex name meaning "evil." Well, it's either that or Todd. I'm not totally sure yet! :}

Good morning!D,I'm glad to hear your still feeling good and sleeping! I have shopping to do today.Its my sons 13 th birthday.We're having his party tomorrow.Just a small one with his cousins and then off to the movies.My cat is cool.She hated me for awhile after I got the dogs.Now if she wants to be on my lap and the dogs are there she just jumps up and squeezes herself in.The dogs just look at her like"Ok,you can sit here too!We know you have claws!"I'll have to think of a name for my computer.Have a good day all!(((HUGS)))

Good morning all! Carriein I am laughing at you having to type morning three times, it took me that many times to spell your name correctly lol. D, everyday is children's day at my house too and that makes me smile. you are so right about cats, they do know the people who do not care for them and those that are allergic, they will crawl all over them. I am trying to learn how to breath today with smoke coming out of me so I am having a hard time thinking, wish me luck!

I named my computer Hal when I got it.
Cat day, hmmm, I guess I'll give the cats a bowl of cream. I'm not much of a cat person but they sure are good at keeping the kangaroo rats out of the garage.

Whooopity Dipity Dooo Dah Horay for Today Day!
Just practicing for tomorrow. =D D, I'm so happy you are getting sleep! I get the sleepies in the afternoon too....but my schedule for the kiddos won't let me take a nap..so instead I just think about it. Cat Day? Oh, my Zoiebabykittybutt is gonna love this one! D, I think this is the sort of cat you'd like. She's a closet dweller and comes out at night. Or she loves to sit in the window. She's quiet and polite. She meows when her box is full or when she needs food. (And our littler box, it's awesome. It rolls and collects the stuff into a tray and I pull it out and voila....no touchy the ickies) Children's day...I love this day too. I love kids. They are just the best! Tori hun....my hubster and your son have the same birthday! I'll be making a special dinner tonight for my luvball. He said he wants Ham and cheesy potatoes. And I'm gonna make him his favorite german chocolate cake. And D...I think we have those same decorators here at my house too. As hard as I try to keep the entertainment center (top) cleaned off....the men in this house feel the need to keep throwing stuff back up there. My solution...is to get rid of the stuff. Little by little. So they think that they are going crazy because they can't find stuff. Everyone have a happy day!!!

How could I forget.....Name your PC day.
I'll be honest here.. Many days my PC is called "Piece of Schmit" Other days...I just say to it "I love you". But I like Rufus. Or Jeeves. You know....ask Jeeves? Yet, my hubby shares with me the names of their systems (he's a programmer). They have Beethoven, Mozart, Bach and another one. I think Mac is cute for a name of a puter. "Cuz it's not a Peterbuilt for heavens Sakes!" But since I don't own a mac. And everything here is outsourced (aka free software) So now I'm thinking Sanford.

my cats were glad to here it was 'their day' Of cource like carrie my cats believe that every day it thier day.
D- you sould look into getting a hairless cat.... I have been watching this show called Cat101 on the animal planet. They show cased a hairless cat and they are sooo ugly lol... but cute at the same time. personally I like the black ones they arent so freakish looking lol... If they feel anything like my hairless rat I think they would feel amazing lol... today I didnt wake up til 1pm... well thats when I finally dragged my butt to a sitting posistion lol... my daughter didnt wake up til a little befor that so I dont feel bad really. I mean what else do I have to do with my self. Not like I can go out, work, or even clean my house.... And when I do wake up I jsut spend time on the computer and watching TV so whats the hurry? LOL today is a down day. I do think I am starting a flare and its just slowly trying take over. It sucks cause I cant really take extra meds with out feeling guilty about drugging my baby so I just suffer....
