online pain meds?

I ordered some pain meds online because I cannot seem to find a Dr. that is brave enough to perscribe them. I hear about people getting them off the streets, but I don't want to get wrapped up in that kinda of buisness.
My question is has anyone bought them off of the intrnet and did you get what you hoped for?

" I don't know but I would love to find out how it goes. I have the same problems with doctors. Fetenol (sp is wrong)patches got rid of the horrifying pain completely but I've never been able to get it again. It makes me so mad bc its like they don't fucking believe me that I'm in pain! That is one of the hardest things for me. "

" My uncle will not fork over the money needed to go to a doctor and get a pain script legitimately. He orders Ultram from a pharmacy in canada. He says that it takes a LONG time to get them but when he does get them they are what he ordered and on time. Also he pays quite a bit for them compared to getting them from a pharmacy here. But then he doesnt have the cost of the doctors soooo.... I think he pays as much as 1.00 a pill for the ultram but aslow as 30 cents if he orders in a large enough bulk.

I used to go get my meds from mexico when you didnt have to have a passport to go over the border. It was cheaper but for certain meds (Like pain meds) you had to have a current script anyways. You were allowed to purchase a 3 month supply how ever even if you only had a script for 1 month. I live in az so it was not a bad thing to do really. I often did my antibiotics this way when I knew I was getting a dental absess and couldnt afford to get the dental work done. I even went as far as having every tooth in my mouth crowned in mexico and for the most part was happy with them while they lasted.

I would think that other meds are about the same. I think its a shame that we have to resort to doctoring our selves. YOu would think that doctors would stop being so stupid and realize that we CAN get the meds other ways if they refuse to help us get them legitimately. At least if they are prescribing them they can monitor them and us. Its safer and they make money off it. Y refusing to treat us for the pain we suffer they are dooming us to doctoring ourselves and not having the medical guidance that we would gladly pay for....or maybe even do pay for wether we can use it or not through insurance... " Why in heavens sake are you not checking out another doctor? Or trying to find a pain center, that deals with chronic pain? Even if it takes you out of town, perhaps that one consultant would give some direction so your doctor would feel more comfortable with giving you perscriptions.

I use Canada for insulin ordering. But it is considered for some, an OTC. And I do it only during the medicare gap. I will say I save substantually. I mean I am talking USA $195 versus Canada $110. And its exactly the same manufacturer. "

" Getting what you ordered is less of an issue than getting what the law prescribes. if what you ordered is narcotic, obtaining them without a prescription, no matter where you get them, is a felony.

It's against the law to share your own meds with someone else - there is no way, no matter what the source, that it's legal to obtain controlled drugs without a doctor's prescription.

If what you ordered is not a controlled drug, it's less problematic as to penalties, but some of the "pharmacies" are fronts for the DEA to track illegal drug sales, and they continue to crack down.

I understand how you feel - I considered it myself before I got my pain under control. The pain can make you desperate to the point that you'll consider any option. I decided it wasn't worth the risk to me, to my family, to my livelihood.

I hope it works out for you this time but before you do it again, please research and consider the possilble legal entanglements and penalties - find another doctor - not an Internet drug dealer. "

" I too would like to know how this works because what works for me is vicodin and I'm having a hell of a time getting a doctor to give them to me. and yes it is a Narcotic, and I know it's against the law I really cna't afford to go to prison to do the time so at this point in time I will not do the crime. I would be concerned about it even if you get high quality meds like Peace2You said the police do have cops pretending to sell and thenyou get caught and it's a federal offence. It' is also a federal offence to put all of your meds in one bottle. I learned this from a cop. my oldest son carrys a copy of the rx in the glove box. I think thats a good idea! "

" Yep - I carried my whole "pharmacy" when I was traveling because I wanted to be sure that I had a prescription to show for each medication. Traveling out of the country especially I wasn't sure what would be inspected, between Customs and Homeland Security.

Anything I couldn't document could have been confiscated, and while my doctor is willing to prescribe my Vicodin (which I use for b/t pain) he gets twitchy if I ask for it sooner than every three months.

So...I'm paranoid about my "stash" and guard it carefully. "

" I totally feel you on this Rebecca as most of us do. Have you tried a pain clinic? I get the pain medicine I need from them with ALMOST no issue. I am currently dealing with an idiot pharmacist who I want to strangle for overstepping my doctor's orders but I am confident the doctor will set her straight. I HATE that we have to go through this crap. I dont know about what Peace said because it IS LEGAL to bring 222's across from Canada. I work with people who do it all the time and it IS a controlled substance. Customs checks it and its fine. I think it can only be a 30 day supply though. It contains codeine though not alot. Anyways I hope you can find something and def. be careful! :)

" I will never understand Drs. They give narcotics to people who don't really need them and sell them on the street as recreational "get high" drugs yet those of us who have a diagnosed painful disease cannot aquire them. Go figure ?? They have stupid excuses like they're addictive or whatever the excuse. Ya they sure are and the people taking them for "fun" are the problem not us... "

" OK never mind got it - they are actually illegal in the US and technically it's illegal to bring them in unless they are prescribed for you, but codiene is not a big priority for the DEA - they have much bigger concerns like keeping pain patients suffering :)

It's not an issue so much of legality as priority and they just don't care as long as you bring in less than 50, which apparently is the limit for "personal use" for this particular med. "
