thanks for bringing this up. thought it was only me. the more i learn; this fibro really screws up all our systems. all the autonomic system. the stuff that aughta work without our thinking about it. like bowel movements, sleep, breathing, swallowing, and add your own. balancing. spent my life with motion sickness and only just read that it's fibro,too!

The thing is I've not read any Fibro reports that say this swallowing is part of it - which is why I asked on here - the timing just fit for me...and it's a real problem.

You're right, Abotsd, it keeps me wondering "what else?"

And so I add this - a link to a website that also lists fingernails. AND - I had noticed my fingernails are more brittle! Darn! It just seems there is so much more to this than we think!

No wonder I saw where someone else called Fibro "the other F word!"

I had that happen once also. I thought I was having a neurological problem because I felt weird in my head too but I couldn't swallow bread that I was chewing very very well. I'm going to talk to my doctor about the other people talking about spasms.

i get horse too...this seems to effect everything...
