Blood circulation question

Can anyone else feel the blood circulating in their body sometimes?I feel it in my legs which I'm sure a lot of us feel it there. But I also feel it in my arms, back, and the back of my neck and head.Is this circulation that I'm feeling or something else?It literally feels like a liquid moving through my body parts. Not all the time I really noticed it when I was on my period this week.Okay say when you go from sitting to standing it's that feeling you get in the bottom part of your legs sometimes like you can literally feel your blood adjusting to the position change.
