Could you please give me some encouragement and hope?My life seems to have gotten a little worse if that were at all possible.Since September 1 , I now have painful random numbness from head to toe sometimes. It can't be just regular numb of course.I continue to have increased dizziness/vertigo now I have marshmallow feet and feel like I'm on a boat.My throat keeps spasming and going numb. Then there's the random sharp burning pain,I've now had a headache everyday for the past 2 months and have this pressure in my head. And my eyes are being annoying.I'm just falling apart.Eye exam last week. The past 6 months I've hoped to get better for my children yet I feel as if I've gotten worse.I'm not sure why this is happening to me and every test I get looks perfect. My mind is even starting to go from all the stress.I get to go to Cleveland Clinic but that's a 3 hour drive I'm not sure I'll make it,mentally without flipping out. Please send words of encouragement or share a I'm right there with you story.I'm starting to lose the will to fight. No they have me on no meds.I'm not even taking vitamins.Any suggestions would be nice.Thanks.

" Hey, girl! No giving up!! Gotta keep up the fight! It is not all in your head...I have numbness, dizziness, random pain, daily headaches, etc as well. It is hard to find the perfect overall plan to manage symptoms...what is so frustrating is that it differs for everyone. For me, I'm on Flexeril and Relafen and Celexa, plus supplements recommended by Jacob Tietelbaum. The D-ribose has helped my energy tremendously! Getting enough sleep is also crucial. A bit of exercise, but not too much....good diet helps me, no sugar. It's tough to keep it all just right.

Keep searching for what works for you! HUGS from down south :) "

" Your symptoms could be due to a subluxation in your neck. Ask around for a good chiropractor, don't just look one up in the book. Don't let them talk you into a wellness plan where you go in 3 times a week for the rest of your life. If they try, find someone else "

" I am so sorry your feeling so down. I know I get like this too from time to time. Been having a rough time with it all too lately.
I know for me this group is so very helpful, and supportive. I don't know what I would do with out it, and all the great people here.
I do take omega-3 complete. That has helped me.

Some one here told me to take it just one day at a time, or even one min. at a time if need be. And with any luck tomorrow will be a better day. I know that has helped me get through. Plus if I need to cry, I try to let myself, with out feeling bad for not all ways needing to be strong. We all have so much to deal with, no wonder we get like this some time.
I really hope your feeling stronger, better soon.
Sending you some caring, encouraging thoughts.
Hang in there.
Gentle hugs, Sherrall "

" Hey girl-I can relate so much.I also have alot of headaches, pain from neck that leads to my head. My head is so sore all of the time.My memory is horriable. Also my balance is a issue. Have any of your Dr's checked you SED RATE? Shows inflamation in your body. I also wanted to give up! Just keep on going sooner or later you will have easier times.(listen to your body). When I have a flare up the first symptom is pressure in my head and my eys feel like they are going to pop out. However I am on meds have been sense 2004, and they do help. Better times will come, just hang in their. I make sure I get on this site everyday and read what everyone has wrote. Just knowing I can relate to others helps me get through another day. Big Hug 2 U "

" Thanks everyone for your replies, words of wisdom, and encouragement.I'm too tired to respond individually to all the posts and hugs but your input is always valued to me.I just read my post and wow I must've been tired. I wish I would've worded that a little better but you know how fibro fog and stress combined is on our intelligence.Wishing everyone a good, symptom free day. "
