I find myself to be a 50 but because I work I am forced to be a 70. This is probably why I have those 30 type days.

What number are you?

" Before my meds I was a 60...with the Cymbalta I am a 70 most days including weekends...there have been moments of (dare I say it) 80 in the past few weeks. This was where I was doing something and totally realized that I had no pain...it is an odd feeling of being painfree after sooooo many years of pain. Wasnt really sure what to do about it...lol "

" Wow, what a cool way to gage our days!
I am mostly a 30-50, depending on the day, how well I slept, and how much pain I am in any given day.

I recently started taking care of my MIL, and I am her caregiver, she has Parkinsons w/ dementia. Talk about a challenge! It is THE hardest job, and the MOST rewarding job at the same time, that I have ever done!

I am bone tired at the end of each and every day. Some days I don't even know where I find the strength to get through it, but somehow I do. The worst part is, come the weekend, when Shawns sister comes to help out, I am just SO damned tired! We try to get out of the house away from what I deal with all week, when all I really want to do is sleep all day! BUT...If we stay home, I wind up helping out with my MIL anyway!So..on the weekends I would say I am a definete 15..somewhere between 10 and 20...What a way to live, huh???! "

" I'm mostly 50-60. I only have the energy to go to work during the week. I rest frequently at work taking short breaks. Sometimes I miss one or two days. I have been bedridden and down to 10 only rising to pee and drink water but not eat for two days about once a year. These days are very scary for me because I am so exhausted I'm not sure if I've called in to work. This is worrysome. "

" According to this scale, I'm a 50/60. I am able to work an 8 hr day but my work allows me lots of rest, breaks, days off and job variances to suit my needs. When I get home, I barely can do anything and am a 20. I have on rare occasions been a 10 and a 0. "
