Actually sigbue, it is a fibro related issue!!

I have read (can't tell you where, but it confirmed my issue) that people with fibromyalgia often have skin tags. I feel like I'm covered in them....
I'm not, but I have more and more all the time. I've had them cut off, burnt off (won't do that again) and now I just put up with them, cos they just seem to keep on coming.
If you want them off, you can go to your doctor, but I imagine they'll just pop up elsewhere......

I have a couple of girlfriends with skin tags, they also have PCOS...which is becoming Extremely Common...hmmm

I've got them too. They drive me crazy but the dermatologist isn't worried about them at all. He did say he'd take them off, but he also said I'd just get more, so what's the point?

Good post. I hate skin tags. If they're small enough, I just pull them off. Bigger ones sometimes get crusty. Sometimes they bleed and bleed.

Did I mention I hate them? I wonder if Wartner would work on them... My sister says you can put duct tape on a wart and it'll go away. I think I might try that on a skin tag.

Interesting article..... skin tags are a skin overgrowth.

Another thing that is an "over" stimulation, like many fibro symptoms, another hypersensitivity????

I have had a few skin tags, usually very small. I use some of that wart remover to dry them up, and then I cut them off with manicure scissors or nail clippers.

I have them around my neck...they drive me crazy. True you can have them burned off, but they pop up elsewhere. Frustrating little buggars!!

I have one also, and it is just a pain in the butt. I did not know they where fibro related. Good to know. Thanks.....Wy
