I tried to go to bed right away. I took my pills and such and layed in bed for an hour. I didn't work. So I asked my husband for the lap top, now for the first time on this pill.. I am hilluinating (sp?) and very dizzy. Its like I can reach out to you guys and say HI howar eyou! and give you real hug. I know you supposed to go straight to sleep with ambien and i tried that and i was wide awake its crazy. I haven't been like this in a while. sorry if spelling is off. My fingers kinda are going on there on way tonight and I feel like I have no control over it. I really feel that way. Dizzy, crazy and wanting to give everyone real hugs like my arms can go through my computerscreen and just help each of you and wrap my arms around you. Okay you think i am crazy tlaking now - but wouldn't it be nice if that could happen? also I need somenone to chat with - anyone out there? I have 2 1//2 hours of battery left!

Yeah, ambien does crazy things to you when you stay awake on it. I would suggest not doing too much, like reading or playing solitaire. Also a good thing that your husband is there. I've had complete conversations without remembering a thing about it. I've also lost great amounts of time where I cannot account for anything that I did one bit (when taken not at night). It's scary to think that I was around town, driving and everything, and I have no idea how, or what, or why! Stay in bed! You're not crazy, you're medicated :o) Oh, and tell your doctor that it isn't working. My mother also took it at one time and it kept her from sleeping, too.
