All right! Enough is enough!
I woke up this morning knowing something was terribly wrong. I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and the left side of my face was huge! I mean it was so swollen I could not recognize me. I called my Dr. and he said to call the dentist that did this to me ASAP! I called them and told them about it and asked if I would be charged for something they did. They said if it came from another tooth then yes. HmmI have no other teeth! I have top dentures and nothing on the bottom! My chin feels like it has been broken and the numbness in my lip has never gone away! Now this! It hurts all the way to my collar bone! I go in at 11:00 in the morning. They will fix this or I am going to sue them! The pain and disfiquration is amazing. As if I didn't have enough pain to deal with. I would suggest to everyone..never go to Immediadent! I am so PO'ed at this point. It has been 2 months with this crap! I think they fractured a bone in my chin and now infection has set in. I just want to cry. Thanks for letting me rage. You have every reason to rage! I am so glad to see that you are finally going in to get this checked out. If it is infection it needs treatment ASAP. Keep us posted:)

They'd better darn well fix it for free or else. Tell them you are going to get a lawyer and go to the media. That should do it. I hope it's something they can fix so you don't have any more pain. For all the pain and agony they caused, they should darn well give you your bottom teeth too!!!!! grrrr.

Hubby just informed me that my jaw is bigger now. I am not going to the mirror to check it out. I amm too scared. I can barel move my head now and my collar bone is killing me. I don't think I feel well at all. Just scarred i suppose.

wow.. you should have went to the er.. they could exray it there and got you on antibotics.. no doubt infection is in there.. good lord girl.. please keep us updated on this.. you have probably got a dandy infection in there somewhere.. gbless hun.. feel so bad for you. I know teeth pain.. sigh.. hugs hun.:)

I had all my teeth pulled one or two at a time from nov to jan 2008 and both the upper and lower bone that the teeth sit in still hurts.

Poor girl, I wonder if he damaged some nerves in your jaw when he pulled those teeth that could happen, I think he better stand up and be a good dr and see what is really going on
You call them back up and tell that little old gal answering the phone that you need to see him first thing this morning since your face is swollen and could be infected. Dont let that little girl behind the counter decide when you should come in, if it was her she would be in there right now and not stand for it either. Dont let them mess around with you. Your case is more important then that person getting that check up this morning. Good Luck.

Hun,I am sorry to know that you are having to suffer even more with your mouth/jaw.I would be inclined to go to the ER and see what they say about it,then get a good lawyer and have them write to the dentist(?????)that did this to you.Hoping that you get some releif soon hun xxxxx

I think Juccy has a pointm just go to ER They can run test to see if its an infection, do a cat scan or whatever it takes to get to the root of the problem,
The dentist isnt going to admit he messed up, he will just throw some antibotic at you. If they cared that girl behind that dentist desk would let you in the first thing, I would tell the world his name and warn everyone.

Cinda, can I suggest you take some photos and write down a record of events, and then get your butt to the doc asap. If you can hardly move your neck, there could be a nasty infection setting in.
I don't want to be alarmist, but the sooner you get it checked out and treated, the sooner you will start feeling better if it is infection. It sounds awful, and I can understand your frustration. Fingers crossed that you feel better soon.
