Help Anyone Have This Happen?

Wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. I sometimes use a cane to walk when my knee hurts (need them both replaced) and I went to take a step the other day and it was as if I got an electric shock through my whole body. Just like when you accidentally touch the plug when you are plugging in an electrical cord. I explained it to the neuron doc the other day and he didn't really say much. I am frustrated and a little scared, I am newly diagnoised, help!!!!

" I know a pinched nerve can do this as I have had it in my neck. It feels just like you plugged into an outlet. "

" Have you been checked for rheumatoid arthritis? You can have a negative RA factor and still be positive. You may want to see a doc specializing in osteopathy and a Reumatologist. "

" I have a rheumatologist, he did all the test. That is how I was diagnosed. This is why I am here to talk to others, that is why I asked if others had this happen to them "

" There are two tender points on the inside of the knee...is this where your pain starts? We are trying to help but electric shock-like pain to the knee is not a usual symptom of Fibro. Not saying it isn't possible though. "
