I have been suffering with increased hormonal caused migranes during perimenopause. They are becoming very frequent as in at least 2 days a week. I used to get them a day or 2 prior to my period. But now that I am skipping periods and having a very erratic cyle I get these migraines a lot.
I have been doing a little reasearch online and came across information on a drug called Amerge, the info sounds promising. Has anyone used this medicine and what were your results? Please any input on this medicine would be appreciated. Posted on 09/08/08, 04:09 pm |

I use Amerge, I like it, it does seem to help a lot but I tend to feel queasy after taking it though. Not sure if its the Amerge or the migraine doing it. I have tried may other types but have allergic reaction to them. I am very drug sensitive.
They are very expensive and with out hubby's insurance I couldn't afford them. lol Hope you feel better soon. Gentle Hugs, Sherrall
