Does anyone else have the feeling of being completely drained and all over body fatigue, heaviness in the muscles. I feel terrible and this sucks. My arms and legs feel like concrete blocks were tied to them and I had to go back to bed this afternoon because I could not fight the fatigue.

" I had that for about four years and couldn't get the doctors to even look into it to find out why my body was doing that.

I had one half ass doc fire me because my case was too complicated for him. That small statement told me volumes. In other words, he wasn't smart enough to do his job right and he hung me out to dry rather than admit that he was inept.

I spent three of those years virtually bedridden and that's no life at all. I've been through the whole routine and found that supplements have helped me more than any prescription that's been prescribed.

I sympathize with you 100% because I know how you feel. It's like pulling dead weight around all the time.

I pray you find something that will ease your problem and get you back on your feet.

Gentle Hugs,

Dee "

" Yes, yes, yes! I felt for the past four days like I'd gained 100 pounds. I was so tired and energy-less. I thought it was just me, but now I see that others have suffered the same sort of thing. I think it was the hot, humid weather. And I'm glad it's over - at least for now. "

" I have this quite often. Some days is much worse than others. When it is really bad I sit with my feel propped up or go to bed. I'm sorry that you are feeling so bad.

" OH, FOR SURE! In fact, I feel like that right now! Like I am swimming under water with bricks tied to my feet. Just dragging. I am looking into trying D-Ribose if I can get around to REMEMBERING to buy it. Research it and try it out. Also I am trying to take a multivitamin and vitamin b-12. Sometimes when it hits really hard, you just have to ride it out.

HUGS

" Fatigue is by FAR my most dabillitating Symptom, I have worked thru Alot of Pain, but I cannot work thru the Fatigue...

I have had to pull over...2 Blocks from my Home...cause my eyes were closing...I can be feeling just Peachy and Wham, like someone has drugged me it is THAT Severe...yes, muscles feel as tho there is Mudd running thru my Veins...and I have No Choice 'cept to sleep...but then I sleep, 4-5 hours..and I feel like absolute CRAP upon wakeing...is Awful, Viscious cycle..
a Year ago my Husband bought me this little machine called an "Exerciser2000"...within a couple of weeks I noticed that I was no Longer takeing my 4-5 hours a day Power Naps...Very Cool !! and I know it is the Machine that made the difference, because while we were remodeling, I put that lil'Machine away...and within 2 weeks the Fatigue returned, we dug out my machine, I started back on it, and once again the Fog started to lift...

It helps by Not only Increasing ur Circulatory System, but your "Lymphatic System" as well..

check into the machine, look into getting massages...get ur Lymphatic system Up and running again !!

GL to you !! "

" Yes, yes, yes. It got so bad through winter, I had to walk around with Vanilla Latte and coffee cake or half choc. bar all the time. Sugar! Docs were at a loss because labs were ok. My blood sugar even crashed. First I started d-ribose and that brought me up to functional level. Still no help from docs. In desperation, after nearly a year, I went to naturopath. He gets it. So, the thinking is that with chronic fatigue type maladies, there is a problem in the cell mitochondria that messes up the ability to make ATP (which is what muscles need to do work). There may also be some connection with the good fatty acids and antioxidents and water not getting into cells and thus inhibiting cell repair. My naturopath gives me very high quaity flax oil and a homeopathic called Rehydration (goes in water) to help this condition. Since I'm working a detox cleanse right now, he will soon be switching me to some even more potent fatty acids. I noticed a difference with the Rehydration right away. I can't wait to try the other stuff. So, what I would try is the d-ribose potocol and a good dose of high quality flax oil. (The high quality is essential to be sure it's not oxidized.) My naturopath also told me to eat more (good) oils. "

" I'm right up there with all that DDnTn had to say, I' always feel like that, and also I have a hard time typing too even tho I know where the keys are, I try to go slow and it doesn't help, i have to go back and change alot of words before I can send it out, it is frustrating for me and time consuming, that may be from the heaviness from my arms and shoulders too......Helen "
