where can a female with FAS meet a man

I have dated men without FAS and they have totally abused me and used me for my money and just left me heart broken. I am older now and know that i was a fool by letting them do that to me, and i am much stronger then that now at 24 years old. My question is where can i find men who have FAS to meet and get to know, and maybe later turn it into a relationship if that is what works out for us. Thank you
