I would imagine it would look like an anus does before sodomy, except following a rape it would probably be bruised and torn. I'm sure there would be blood, too. I've never experienced that, so I'm just speculating. If you suspect that you were raped anally (or any other way), you should get yourself to a hospital ASAP. They can check you for damage and STDs, and can perform a rape kit to check for any fluids. Whoever did this to you should be in prison before they hurt you or someone else again.
