My liver feels heavy all the time now it seems. Doesn't really hurt just an uncomfortable feeling.

" My gastrologist just told me to lose a lb a week and no more because if you lose more it harms your liver more. Of course, shes disappointed when I go back and have hardly lost any weight.

I been trying to drink carrot juice it is suppose to be the best for the liver in helping. "
