I'm in the hospital again. I went in last night 6/5/08 and should get out by Monday 6/9/08. They increased my Abilify to 30mg 10mg at 4:00pm and 20mg at 8:00pm. My Buspar and Cymbalta stayed the same. I fell apart at the seams and wasn't feeling safe at home so the hospital was the best choice for me at that time but as I said before I want to make ...

On my way to the Children's Garden, I crossed a little bridge besides a wooded pond.
It was very peaceful there.
As I walked through the garden I spotted some pretty little butterflie's and I started trying to get some pictures of them. I managed to catch this one atop a flower.

One of the most enjoyable day trips I love to take is to grab my digital camera
and go to the zoo. These pictures I took over this past weekend at the
Point Defiance Zoo.

In The Recovery Garden
I sat on the bench
I viewed blossoms of pink hues
Underneath blue skies
Thoughts of my losses
Came and interrupted me
Sadness covered me
Once a bright garden
Suddenly was a dark place
Despair tainted view
Crying and hurting
Alone in this spot of peace
I let it come out
Fighting to get up
